Shipping & Delivery

All Minttsy shirts are carefully prepared to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or an incorrect shipping address.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change or redirect the delivery address.

Minttsy is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us so we can help review the situation.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
