Are the colors exactly as shown?
Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the garment-dye process. Each Comfort Colors® shirt may have small variations that make it unique.

How long does processing take?
Orders are typically prepared within 2-3 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each shirt is prepared to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.

How should I wash my shirt?
Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the design.

Do you offer personalized shirts?
Personalization is available only on listings that specifically offer it. Follow the instructions on the product page or contact us before ordering.
