Because each Minttsy shirt is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, color preference, or a change of mind. Please review the product details and size chart before ordering.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos when applicable. We will work with you to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
